Order Processing All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the full payment is received. The tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available from the carrier. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by customer service representatives. If this is the case, you can choose to wait for the item to be restocked. Shipping Time All orders from the contiguous 48 United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders shipped via this method typically arrive within 5-10 days, depending on weather, peak season, or other variables. Please contact us if you have not received your order within the 10 days of receiving tracking number so we can investigate further. Where's My Order? To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you received from us into Google (or your favorite search engine) followed by the words “tracking number”. Most of the time, you will find your tracking number at the top of the results, but you may need to add the carrier's name (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at the end for further clarification.
